Note :

( In-case after press the minimize  button the app window minimized. if you try to click again on taskbar app logo, some OS Version didn't appear or popup.

So fix this OS related issue simply Hover the mouse cursor top of the app icon on taskbar, a mini app window appear that position just click here.
